The Position The Company is hiring an Inside Sales Representative to join its dynamic, close-knit team. In a fast paced, customer focused environment, no day is the same for the Inside Sales Representative, making the work day fly by! The Inside Sales Representative will play a fundamental role in achieving the Company’s customer sales goal while also maintaining relationships with existing customers. Candidate’s for this role must be comfortable interacting with clients over the phone and via email, work well in a team environment and able to keep up with the ever-changing environment of the office.
Additional responsibilities include answering incoming calls, handling new sales opportunities, confirming orders with customers, opening purchase orders, acting as the liaison between Account Managers and customers, maintaining and establishing relationships with customers and being the go-to person for the Sales department.

Desired Experience, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training and experience
2+ years of customer service or inside sales experience
Working knowledge of Business Central ERP or equivalent strongly preferred
Approachable, strong communication skills and high attention to detail
Willingness to learn and natural curiosity
“No task too small” mentality
