Our client is a northern Michigan based MSO that offers high-speed internet, VoIP and cable television services. The Company is looking for a full-time & part-time Customer Service Representatives to join its growing team!
About the Position The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing information and educating customers on various Company services, both in-person, over the phone and through email communication. Every customer interaction provides the opportunity to project a favorable image of the Company to customers.
Strong candidates will have previous customer service experience, particularly within a similar industry, and exhibit a customer-focused, service-oriented and positive attitude. The ability to work effectively on a team and individually is crucial. This position is onsite at the Company’s Onaway, MI office.
Targeted Experience, Skills, and Abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in a customer service role preferred
·Excellent interpersonal, communication and customer service skills ·Ability to effectively multi-task and shift priorities quickly ·Strong computer skills required
Compensation, Benefits and Structure The positions are permanent with a competitive base salary. The full-time schedule for this role is Monday through Friday with flexible work schedules for those hired part-time.
