Construction Bid Coordinator

The Bid Clerk Position:
  • Coordinate bid opportunities for Sales team. 
  • Deliver document control requirements to support the estimation process.
  • Regular meeting facilitation to prioritize opportunities to support company strategy.
  • Customer follow-up on project requirements and future opportunities.
  • General office duties: Filing, faxing, handling phone calls, email, and data entry
  • Conduct information gathering, collecting, and organizing data to prepare reports
  • Handle a variety of tasks as assigned

  • A High School diploma is required.
  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative construction support is preferred.
  • Superior interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Manage and prioritize a variety of projects and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Information gathering and monitoring skills.
  • Ability to deal with diverse matters, meet tight deadlines and show initiative and independence.
Compensation and Benefits for the Bid Coordinator Position:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary structure.  Compensation is based on skills and experience.  The compensation package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and eligible dependents, 401(k) match, life insurance, company holidays, paid time off, and sick time.
