The HR Manager Position The Company is adding an HR Manager to its dynamic team. The HR Manager is responsible for implementation and execution of HR programs, policies and procedures within the Company. This includes, but is not limited to, employee retention efforts, benefit administration, training, employee relations, orientation and onboarding, policy writing and interpretation, organizational development, administration of employee reviews, among other things. The HR Manager works directly with the managers and employees in all departments to ensure that the Human Resource strategy and functions are aligned with the Company’s overall strategy and business needs.
The position plays a pivotal role in ensuring the HR processes and procedures run effectively to best support the employees and the Company. The HR Manager will be a self-motivated team player with a positive attitude and possess the desire to learn new things while managing shifting priorities. Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the HR Manager
Bachelor’s Degree in Human resources or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in an HR position, preferably in the construction industry
Similar experience within other industries will be considered
Detail and task-oriented, with a strong sense of organization and self-motivation
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen focus for accuracy, thoroughness, and timeliness
Excellent communication skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
Ability to take on a leadership role, present ideas to management, and facilitate training sessions with the team
