The General Manager Position RCB is looking for a General Manager to oversee RCB front of house operations, including administrative functions such as inventory, ordering, scheduling, budgeting, cost accounting, etc. The General Manager will also partner with the bookkeeper on payroll, manage day to day functions, and oversee employee management throughout the company, including the hiring, training, and coaching of staff members to deliver extraordinary customer service and products in a positive work environment.
For an individual to be successful as the General Manager, they need to have a high level of enthusiasm and passion for their work, ability to be self-motivating, business savvy, and maintain good leadership.
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the General Manager Position
Experience in payroll, cost accounting, and inventory management is required
Management experience in the Food & Beverage industry is preferred but not required
Strong leadership and motivational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills that foster collaboration, and teamwork
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Software experience in POS, Microsoft Office, and Liquor Control System
Compensation, Benefits, & Structure for the General Manager Position This is a full-time, permanent position (averaging 35-40 hours per week) that offers a competitive salary based on skills and experience, bonus plan potential based on company success, paid time off, discounts on products, and growth potential within the company. The General Manager reports to the Owner. The position will combine hands on and administrative tasks throughout each week, allowing flexibility in the work schedule.
