The Senior Project Manager (Concrete) Position
To support the overall growth of the Company, F&B is looking to hire a Senior Project Manager in their Raleigh, NC office. PMs are responsible for overall project planning and scheduling, resource allocation, project accounting, and control, while providing technical direction and ensuring compliance with quality standards and applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Project Manager will manage organization and planning for safe and efficient execution of projects, act as a company spokesperson in all customer communication, maintain financial controls of projects, development and maintain project schedule and more. Senior Project Manager’s will have a good balance of work in the office and in the field and will get to be directly involved in the heavy civil construction industry on cool and unique projects.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Senior Project Manager (Concrete):
- A Bachelor of Science in Engineering preferred, or equivalent in training and experience
- At least seven (7) years of construction experience
- Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with an adaptable and flexible style in working with all types of individuals
