EctoHR is partnering with their client, a leading specialty construction company in Wixom, MI to find their next Project Manager. Working with the latest technology and a highly trained staff, our client can perform a vast scope of exciting and complex projects. The Project Manager Position:

The Company is hiring a Project Manager to join its dynamic team. The Project Manager will:

• Manage document control
• RFIs
• Submittals
• Schedule updates
• Subcontractor review and management
• Coordination of material suppliers

The position offers a balance of work in the office and field. The Project Manager will directly support the Superintendent and will be deeply involved in projects from take-off to completion.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities for the Project Manager Position:

• At least 7 years of experience in the construction industry, preferably in a Project Manager or Project Engineer role, preferably with a self-perform construction company
• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

Compensation and Benefits for the Project Manager Position:

This is a full-time position with a competitive salary structure, including a car allowance and company phone. Compensation is based on skills and experience. The compensation package also includes bonus opportunities, health benefits, and paid time off. The Project Manager will work a hybrid schedule with time at the office and in the field. Travel in the field will be in SE Michigan and you’ll be home every night!
