The HR Generalist Position The HR Generalist plays a pivotal role in supporting and communicating with employees located in various states throughout the US, while ensuring that HR processes and procedures run effectively to support the Company. This position works closely and collaborates with mid to senior-level managers throughout different departments of the Company.
The position holds responsibility for a wide range of duties including, but not limited to, full-cycle recruiting and onboarding for new hires, supporting the employee experience and culture of the company, benefits administration, workers compensation and personal leave administration, tracking and administration of the company’s training program and other general business duties as assigned.

Preferred Experience, Skills & Abilities of the HR Generalist
At least 4 years in a true HR Generalist role is preferred, but not required
Bachelor’s degree in human resources or Business-related field is preferred, but not required
Strong verbal and written communication skills

Compensation, Benefits & Structure of the HR Generalist This position is full-time and permanent, with a competitive salary structure based on skills and experience. The Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, Medical Insurance, and a 401(k) with Company Match. This position will report to the VP of Property Management.
The Recruitment Process for the HR Generalist The recruitment process will include a combination of phone interviews and web-based or in-person interviews, candidate assessments, and a pre-employment background check and drug test. The process, which is being facilitated through EctoHR, Inc. is designed to be a thorough, two-way evaluation to ensure that the best decision is made by both the Company and the candidate.
