EctoHR, Inc. is a dynamic Human Resources firm, providing a full range of HR consulting & outsourcing services to various organizations in and around Michigan. Due to the rapid growth of the organization, we are looking to add a Recruiter to join our internal team in Brighton, MI. The Recruiter Position The Recruiter position has a strong focus on identifying talent for the various clients that EctoHR services. Business acumen, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities are crucial for this position. Over time, the position has an opportunity to significantly impact the success of EctoHR and its clients. This position is suited for someone that is interested in general business, sales-related activity, management, and most importantly, people!
Recruiting at EctoHR involves unique challenges that require the ability to do research, source candidates, make phone calls, quickly qualify candidates, make informed (but timely) decisions, and assess the potential fit between a candidate and our client. Personal accountability, self-discipline, and motivation towards achieving goals are additional qualities that create the foundation for success in this role. The Recruiter will work in an environment that is constantly changing and should be able to handle a high level of responsibility. EctoHR has a fast-paced and demanding environment where no two days are alike!
In addition to the Recruiting process, this position has an emphasis on other HR-related functions, including but not limited to HR audits, general HR consulting, training & development, strategic planning, employee investigations, and overall HR Generalist duties.
Experience, Skills and Abilities for the Recruiter Position
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or relevant experience is required
Service and relationship-focused, with a proven history of success
Strong sense of urgency, energy, and a tendency to default to action
Willing to put the necessary hours in to get the job done
Technical sourcing and recruiting experience is preferred
Experience or interest in the construction industry is a plus!
Compensation, Benefits and Structure for the Recruiter Position Rewards for this position including a competitive salary, health insurance, retirement plan with employer match, paid time off, and the chance to work in a dynamic, team-based environment. Compensation will include a combination of base pay and a two-tiered bonus structure, based on both team and individual performance. Following the introductory period, this position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule of 1-2 days per week at home, with the remaining days in the Brighton, MI office location.
