The Administrative Assistant Position:
The Accounting/HR Administrator works in the Flint, MI office and will support the President, Controller, and Regional Sales Manager. This role is pivotal to our office processes and will require a reliable, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable in a support role and has a “self-starter” attitude. This role will be responsible for handling an assortment of administrative, clerical, and organizational duties. This true Jack/Jane-of-all-trades role will be responsible for:
Scheduling appointments and travel
Coordinating/scheduling dock times for incoming loads from breweries
Manage list of current customer contacts and databases
Regular calling from company roster of accounts to take beverage orders
Answering multi-line phones
Ensure office supplies and uniforms are re-ordered and stocked
Day-to-day administrative support

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities of the Administrative Assistant:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred, but not required
• At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant or office experience
• MS Office skills, including Excel and Word
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
• The ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy
