Fast-forward nearly 50 years and we are still known as one of the larger distributors (of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages) in the State with an 11-county footprint in mid-Michigan. 

The Administrative Assistant Position:
The Accounting/HR Administrator works in the Flint, MI office and will support the President, Controller, and Regional Sales Manager. This role is pivotal to our office processes and will require a reliable, detail-oriented individual who is comfortable in a support role and has a “self-starter” attitude. This role will be responsible
for handling an assortment of administrative, clerical, and organizational duties. This true Jack/Jane-of-all-trades role will be responsible for:
  • Scheduling appointments and travel
  • Coordinating/scheduling dock times for incoming loads from breweries
  • Manage list of current customer contacts and databases
  • Regular calling from company roster of accounts to take beverage orders
  • Answering multi-line phones
  • Ensure office supplies and uniforms are re-ordered and stocked
  • Day-to-day administrative support

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities of the Administrative Assistant:
•    Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field is preferred, but not required
•    At least 2 years of Administrative Assistant or office experience  
•    MS Office skills, including Excel and Word
•    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•    Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills 
•    The ability to multi-task while maintaining a high level of accuracy
•    Honesty/Integrity
