Our client is a well-renowned Metro-Detroit based business, known as a leader in its industry. The Company offers numerous products and services across various markets, while keeping client satisfaction its top priority. The Company is looking to add an Executive Assistant to its team to support the growing demands of the business.

The Position
This position reports directly to multiple key leaders and is responsible for all aspects of supporting the ever-changing, non-stop demands of running a successful business. Responsibilities include a wide variety of duties, including managing calendars, arranging travel, event planning, drafting and reviewing correspondence, and the occasional personal request as needed.
 
Candidates must have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills. The Executive Assistant works independently on projects, from conception to completion, and often needs to work under pressure to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
 
The position is demanding, but rewarding, and provides the opportunity to be involved in all aspects of running the business and supporting a leadership group that needs and wants the help!
 
Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required
  • Relevant past work experience in an Executive Assistant or high level administrative role
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Suite
  • Creative and results-oriented, with a strong sense of urgency and self-motivation
  • Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, clients and consultants
  • Strong intuition and the ability to look ahead on a continual basis, staying two steps ahead of the Executives

The Recruitment Process
