Primary areas of expertise include commercial, senior living, low income and multi-family residential, institutional, historical renovations, and non-profit projects. The Company is currently working on some of the largest and most high-profile multi-family projects in and around Detroit.
Due to the growth of the Company, OCC is looking for an experienced Assistant Controller to join its team. The Assistant Controller will work directly with and for the CFO, supporting a variety of accounting and finance related duties at the Corporate level. This includes, but is not limited to, reconciling the general ledger, budgeting, forecasting financial data, maintaining the accounting systems, overseeing payroll, preparing financial statements, interfacing with the auditors, and anything and everything else that comes up in the Accounting & Finance area.
