The Position
The Project Manager works directly with the GC/CM and project owner to ensure projects meet expectations and run smoothly from start to finish. The PM has a variety of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: document control, project scheduling, change order management, quantity tracking, material scheduling, budgeting and cost control, and final close-out of the job. 
 
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field
  • 5 years of Project Management experience in relevant field
  • Ability to balance the company's interest with the project owner's interest

Compensation and Benefits 
This is a full-time position with a competitive pay rate, based on skills and experience. The compensation package also includes bonus opportunities, medical benefits, profit sharing, and paid time off.
