The Project Manager works directly with the GC/CM and project owner to ensure projects meet expectations and run smoothly from start to finish. The PM has a variety of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: document control, project scheduling, change order management, quantity tracking, material scheduling, budgeting and cost control, and final close-out of the job.
