Our client is a fast growing contractor based out of Milford, Michigan. The Position
The Project Manager works directly with the GC/CM and project owner to ensure projects meet expectations and run smoothly from start to finish. The PM has a variety of responsibilities that include, but are not limited to: document control, project scheduling, change order management, quantity tracking, material scheduling, budgeting and cost control, and final close-out of the job.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities:
  • 5 years of Project Management experience is preferred; our client is open to considering candidates with less (and more, of course!)
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field is preferred, but not required
  • Ability to balance the company's interest with the project owner's interest
Compensation and Benefits 
This is a full-time position with a competitive starting pay rate, based on skills and experience. The compensation package also includes bonus opportunities, medical benefits, profit sharing, paid time off and a strong team environment.
