EctoHR, Inc. is a human resource consulting and outsourcing firm, specializing in supporting the HR strategy and efforts for small-to-medium sized businesses. Services include, but are not limited to, recruiting process outsourcing, compliance and HR audits, professional development and performance management, policy development, and risk management related to HR. The Company is hiring an HR Manager to join the internal team in Brighton, MI.
The HR Manager is a new position that has been created due to our firm’s consistent and steady growth. Working directly with EctoHR’s clients, our new team member will need to have demonstrated success performing in a fast paced, ever-changing, service-oriented environment. From navigating the differences between client cultures to collaborating with internal staff, our HR Manager will have to be comfortable with variety, ambiguity and change.
This position is responsible for supporting implementation and execution of HR strategies, programs, and policies within our multiple client organizations. This includes, but is not limited to, recruitment, retention, training, employee relations, communication, policy writing and interpretation, and organizational development, among other things.
Under the direction of the President, the HR Manager will have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the business and will play a key role in its future success. There is also significant potential for this person to develop into a director-level role.
