The Position
The Company is looking for its next Accounting Manager to join the team as the current Manager is being promoted to corporate CFO. The position is responsible for leading the accounting efforts of the division, including both managing individuals within the department and working hands-on with the numbers. Additionally, the Accounting Manager will handle HR-related responsibilities, including payroll, benefits administration and other functions.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Issuing accurate, timely and comprehensive financial statements
  • Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles
  • Processing payroll
  • Administering benefits
  • Maintaining Company cash flow
Reporting directly to the Divisional President with dotted line reporting to the CFO, this position works directly with all departments and is a key contributor in ensuring all financial processes and vendor transactions run smoothly.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
  • 3-5 years in an accounting supervisory role
  • Minimum 10 years of accounting experience
 Compensation, Benefits, and Structure
The position is full-time and permanent with a competitive starting salary based on candidate skills and experience. Medical and dental benefits are available after 90 days of employment. The compensation package also includes a 401k plan with employer match, company-paid life and disability insurance, and paid time off.
