F&B is involved in all things concrete and earthwork-related, including building foundations, concrete slab on grade, concrete elevated slabs, shored concrete slabs, industrial press pit foundations, concrete pavement projects, site development, to earthwork and pipework.
To support the rapid growth in the Charlotte, NC office, F&B is adding a Superintendent to its team! The position holds high-level responsibility of supervising the job site and ensuring that quality work is completed on time and in a safe manner. Superintendents work closely with the Project Managers to proactively manage job sites and resolve any problems or issues that arise.
F&B’s newest Superintendent will be a strong leader and be able to communicate with project owners, general contractors and other specialty contractors when issues arise.

The Company does provide Per Diem for employees working out of town. The Per Diem is based on a healthy daily rate for the entire time the employee is assigned to the project.
The Recruiting Process
