The Company is a high-growth insurance agency that is based in Brighton, MI and specializes in the support of architecture and engineering, CPA, and Legal firms.  An Account Manager is being hired to a manage customer relationships by providing professional and world-class customer service.   
The Position
With a large number of clients and a busy staff, this person will keep things running smoothly and on schedule.  The duties of this position include managing relationships with assigned new and existing clients, mobilizing support staff to maintain and strengthen account relationships, and growing the business, while also resolving issues as they arise. The Account Manager will need to be detail oriented, organized and reliable.  The ability to maintain confidentiality and have discretion is essential for anyone working in this field.

Desired Experience, Skills, and Abilities    
  • At least 3 years’ experience in the insurance industry
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to focus and maintain concentration
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workflow
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and the ability to learn new technology
  • Knowledge of office practices, procedures and equipment
  • Out of this world organizational skills
