Primarily focused on industrial and commercial earthwork packages, the Earthwork Project Manager works with customers and owners to secure profitable projects for the Company. This person will be responsible for managing projects from cradle to grave, from the initial Invitation-To-Bid to the pre-construction planning through project scheduling, budgeting and cost control, and final close-out. This position develops accurate cost estimates by determining costs for equipment, material, subcontracts, construction labor, engineering, construction management and indirect costs.
The Earthwork Estimator/PM will join a tight-knit, hard-working team that works closely with the team in Michigan. Fessler & Bowman makes a direct effort to fully integrate its regional offices and avoid the corporate vs regional mentality. With Fessler and Bowman's continuous growth, this person has the opportunity to grow with the company and take on additional responsibilities along with more complex projects.
