F&B is involved in all things concrete and earthwork-related, including building foundations, concrete slab on grade, concrete elevated slabs, shored concrete slabs, industrial press pit foundations, concrete pavement projects, site development, to earthwork and pipework.

The Position
The Company is hiring a Payroll Assistant to join its growing team. While being extremely process and detail oriented, this position will help manage the Company’s payroll and assist with day-to-day accounting tasks. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining payroll information by collecting, calculating and entering confidential data, resolving payroll discrepancies, maintaining spreadsheets, and assisting in general administrative duties in the accounting department.
 
The Payroll Assistant will take a great deal of pressure off of the Accounting department due to the considerable amount of growth the Company is experiencing. Discretion, efficiency, and the ability to meet deadlines will be essential for this position.
 
Preferred Experience, Skills, and Abilities
  • Associate degree in accounting or a related field preferred  
  • 3+ years of accounting and payroll experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy
